LONDON (dpa-AFX) – NatWest Group Pension Fund, previously the Royal Financial institution of Scotland Group Pension Fund, a profit pension fund for the employees of NatWest Group Plc (NWG NWG.L), is contemplating promoting 50 p.c stake in Phoenix Power, an Irish pure fuel distributor, Bloomberg reported citing folks accustomed to the matter.
The British pension fund is reportedly in dialogue with a monetary professional on the potential sale of the stake that could be valued round $1.5 billion, the report added.
Nevertheless, the talks are within the preliminary levels and there’s no surety that the discussions will find yourself in a buyout.
